The Marketing Manager in Italy will be responsible for developing and implementing Spotify’s consumer marketing strategy in the country. The role will report into the Marketing Lead for Southern Europe.
We seek a person proficient in Italian and English, with experience in brand storytelling, social media, creative planning/execution and media buying, preferably in a global company.
The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at collaborating across complementary teams and is deeply committed to crafting culturally resonant initiatives for young music fans to propel Spotify’s business in the country. You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including the Global Marketing Team, Music, PR, Growth and Podcasts, to craft campaigns that resonate with diverse audiences and align with our brand vision and KPIs.

Who You Are:
- An organized person with project management skills who can work well in an unstructured and fast-paced environment;
- You love entertainment and consume incredible amounts of content. You are up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing;
- Natural propensity to think creatively and innovatively, with a sense of aesthetics and a love for excellent copy and witty communication;
- Strong writing and verbal communication skills both in Italian and English is a requirement. A good level of Spanish is considered a plus;
- You have experience with social media channels (paid and organic). And experience in campaign planning (including media planning and creative development);
- You are a great teammate that can easily collaborate with cross functional, cross-regional teams, and understand how to drive consensus;
- Preferably, you have experience working in a global company within the tech / media space.
