Posizione lavorativa
- Develop creative ideas based on the received inputs (marketing brief, market trends, jewelry wax setting, etc.) or special projects (i.e. Pillars building strategy, etc.);
- Develop sketches and/or creative drawings for the assigned product category;
- Propose creative ideas based on innovative design concepts (free creativity), taking into account both market trend evaluation and product portfolio strategy;
- Develop creative drawings based on Special Orders received from the Retail network;
- Work in cooperation with the Gems Buying department to get awareness of available stones and new materials to be used in a drawing/collections (only for Jewelry);
- Work in cooperation with product constructors/prototype makers to illustrate the drawing’s aesthetic and volumetric interpretation, and to give indications for product development, from the prototyping to the final realization phase;
- Constantly update the Design Archive with all drawings created;
- Guarantee a constant up-to-date knowledge of the main contemporary design trends with a parallel view of the Bulgari heritage and the traditional product history/craftmanship/technical evolution;
- Guarantee a constant update on competitors design offer and new emerging designers;
- Deliver Corporate Training on the Design department within the Induction program for new comers.
Profilo ricercato
- Excellent freehand drawing/sketching skills and knowledge of creative design techniques, with a specific focus on fine jewelry;
- Knowledge of Luxury business and design trends;
- Fluency in Italian and English;
- IT tools (CAD 3D, Office).

5/6 years of experience as Jewelry Designer within the Luxury industry
