Posizione lavorativa
Your to-do list:
- Social Media Strategy planning and Content Strategy;
- Coordination of the Content team;
- Coordination of Italian and international clients;
- Building and monitoring the social strategy via benchmarking and targeting analisys;
- Identify and monitoring KPI’s;
- Monitor and evaluate user engagement in order to optimize content;
- Pursue, based on data analysis, continuous improvements to procedures, strategies and best practices;
- Train the internal teams to maintain a consistent strategy within the objectives set;
- Prepare reports and analyses on a weekly or monthly basis on date and ROI;
- Lead multidisciplinary teams in the creation of social-native creativity.
Profilo ricercato
If in your past experience there are:
- Experience in social platforms, internal analysis tools, online monitoring and measurement tools (such as Facebook Insights, Youtube Insights, Google Analytics, Social Mention, Digimind, socialbakers and talkwalker);
- Ability to develop and maintain strong working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders;
- Excellent knowledge of English;
- Experience in collaborating with strategy and media areas;
- Proven experiences in leading category-leading brands;
- Autonomy in team training and inspiration initiatives;
- Proven experience in creating digital and integrated campaigns;
- Aptitude for self-updating and creative experimentation in the innovation field;
- Motivation and ambition to drive projects towards the highest quality standards
If you are:
- Someone with Excellent skills of written communication, verbal and realization of both internal and external presentations;
- A person with a Strong humanistic background;
- A professionist with the Ability to work by goals and with Excellent multitasking capabilities;
- An excellent interpersonal and communication person with international clients and teams
Esperienza richiesta
8+ years of work experience as social media strategist or digital strategist or planner focused on digital in international advertising/communication Agencies.
