The International Centre for Climate Change Research and Studies (CSRCC), based in Venice, is seeking a qualified Program Manager with proven expertise in research, dissemination of research results, and team management—particularly in the field of climate change.

Key responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and continuously enhance the CSRCC’s strategy, aligning with the annual plan and guidance from the President and Executive Board;
- Lead and oversee research support activities, including financial management, communications, reporting, and network systems;
- Define the technical aspects of scientific projects, contribute to proposal writing, and manage approved projects from inception to completion;
- Collaborate with national and international climate change networks by organizing workshops, conferences, and other events;
- Promote and organize training activities for policymakers, public officials, and other stakeholders;
- Foster collaborations with academic institutions and public/private entities at national and international levels;
- Oversee the development of dissemination materials such as policy briefs, reports, and knowledge-sharing tools;
- Lead the dissemination of scientific findings and support the production of technical, scientific, and outreach publications.
