Sky Italia has created a new CEO Office, Strategy & Partnerships team, which directly reports to the CEO. The company is looking for professionals to support the growth of the team, with open positions across different degrees of seniority. More specifically, the current research is focused at strengthening the Strategy and Transformation teams within the CEO office. The team has end-to-end responsibilities on:
- CEO Office: Chief of Staff activities for the CEO and Executive Committee, including the governance & execution of key corporate processes, from Long Range Plans and Budget, Business Reviews with Sky Group and Comcast, as well as corporate events, unions interactions and many others;
- Strategy & Business Development: Follow the launch of a new product/service line, from strategic assessment to business development and market launch, as well as strategy and execution of tenders for the renewals of leading sport & entertainment content;
- Transformation: Drive landmark corporate transformation projects across business functions, from trading & marketing to finance & operations, including new strategy & business plans of corporate areas and design & project management of transformative top-line and bottom-line projects, either fully internally driven or in partnership with external consultants;
- Partnerships & Distribution: Generate new business initiatives and revenue streams by partnering with content owners and distributing to third parties Sky’s original & exclusive content;
- Economic affairs & Competitive analysis: Drive the strategic positioning on key market/economic regulatory topics, lead wholesale negotiations with partners, as well as strategic support to new initiatives/special projects and competitive analysis to inform business decisions.
