Arkage is looking for a Front/Back Office Specialist. The selection is intended exclusively for protected categories - Law 68/99.Responsibilities:
- Welcome visitors and manage the reception professionally;
- Handle incoming communications (calls, emails, correspondence);
- Coordinate meetings, shared calendars and room bookings;
- Support travel arrangements and logistics;
- Process documentation and maintain administrative files;
- Manage office supplies and procurement;
- Support basic IT operations and liaise with tech support;
- Perform data entry and maintain databases;
- Assist with reporting and document preparation;
- Handle license and email account activations.
Descrizione del profilo ricercato
Requirements:- Proven experience in front and back office roles;
- Strong organizational and communication skills;
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and administrative tools;
- Problem-solving mindset and detail-oriented;
- Team player with the ability to work independently.
Nice to have:
- Good English proficiency;
- Experience with digital office tools;
- Basic IT troubleshooting skills.
