The partner manager will be reporting into the Ad Sales Director Italy and working alongside the Ad Revenue team to build, implement and grow PlutoTV's monetization strategy and revenue streams. You will help in the development of new business partners relationship supporting the commercial and operational negotiations; maintain and develop the relationship with existing business partners; handle and supervise daily business and Ad Revenues performance.Main responsibilities:
- Monitors, evaluates and grows new and existing partner performance using internal (Freewheel, Springserve) and external (SSPs dashboards) data sources;
- Monitors and analyses inventory availability and ad campaigns running on the PlutoTV platform;
- Leads in indirect SSP Marketplace performance and handles the set up and monitoring of DSP always own deals;
- Ensures incidents/issues reported by partners are reported and resolved in a timely fashion;
- Maintains and updates internal local PlutoTV revenue reports for internal forecasting purposes;
- Communicates local market feedback to internal partners and act as an advocate for local needs and opportunities within the wider organization;
- Conducts regular operational business reviews with the local partners (SSPs, Sales Houses);
- Owns the closing figures and invoicing process of PlutoTV’s local partners;
- Evangelizes Pluto TV´s value proposition and communicates new content releases and product launches to Ad Revenue partners to help support Pluto TV´s sales positioning in market;
- Acts as first POC for any partner related requests (i.e. troubleshooting, inventory insights, product updates).
Descrizione del profilo ricercato
Key requirements:- Knowledge of the Italian and international advertising market and its key player;
- Experience with programmatic and digital advertising (e.g., DSPs, SSPs, DMPs, trading desks) is a plus;
- Familiarity with ad serving systems (FreeWheel experience is a plus);
- Experience with data analysis;
- Ability to work independently;
- Excellent communication, presentation, project management and partner relationship skills;
- Great teammate with the ability to communicate effectively;
- Advanced skills in MS Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel;
- Proficiency in Italian and English.
